We welcome both Appointments and Walk-in.
Appointments always get precedence, and we encourage booking online using our App or by visiting our website.
Walk in are seen on first-come-first-served basis unless there is an emergency, in which case the Triage system is used to determine cases that require urgent attention.
We also give precedence to the young and elderly.
Paperless Environment
At iScript.health, you do not need to fill in any paperwork when visiting our practices. We do not keep any paper files, or printed material on our premises. This helps us to not only be environmentally friendly, but also remove all the space and time constrains associated with traditional patient records.
iScript IT system is State-of-Art EMR (Electronic Medical Records) for all your medical records, billing to the Medical Aids and Financial system.
Efficient Service
Minimizing on paperwork saves on time and increases operational efficiency that leads to better pricing on our services. This also leads to faster turn-around time and faster delivery of our services, therefore reducing waiting time at the reception.
Our staff members are well trained to use the IT system quickly and with ease to allow you more time to be spent with the doctor looking after your health concerns.
The IT system is fully integrated with your appointment, medical visit, scripting, laboratory results, etc.
Documents provided by patients are scanned and stored in the systems’ medical records for ease of retrieval.
